Rotation and Magnetic Activity in a Sample of M-dwarfs

In a special paper by Browning, he confirms that trying to calculate vsini for M stars using cross-correlation of spectra does not work past the saturation threshhold. Of the 121 stars for which data was available, only six had measurable vsini. Although there wasn't much reliable vsini data, there was L(h) and L(k) data available - that is, the luminosity of the Ca II H and K lines. This might hint at a Rossby number, which could be useful when periods can't be calculated.
