I've gathered V-Ks data from (mostly) Soubiran et al. 2010 and mass data from Valenti et al. 2005. Plugging these values into a code to calculate tau(c) as defined by Wright 2011, and plotting tau(c) calculated from V-Ks against tau(c) calculated from mass, I get the following:
Clearly, there is not a very strong correlation here as I would expect. I suspect my code may be faulty somewhere.
